improper sliding door poor cleaning
the location was acceptable. it was close to grand central terminal.
The room was tiny. the sliding door to the toilet didn't close properly, so i had to use cardboard to keep it shut. There was very little privacy! cleaning wasn't thorough. Some areas were dusty and hadn't been cleaned in a while.

The room offered ample storage. A desk provided space for work. The staff was helpful answering my questions and also assisted with luggage storage. The location was walkable to many sites.
The bathroom offers little privacy because a clear glass door.

On site dining exists and the coffee spot is great. The hotel has an on site restaurant I could eat at. The rooftop bar offers great views too.

solid stay in convenient location
efficient staff hot shower central location
the staff were efficient. the room included a very strong and hot shower, a solo traveler really needs that after a long day. the location was central to grand central station.
